I recently came across the BP platform and have been soaking up as much information as I can.

Their only problem is that there platform is a bit outdated but you can also list your property at a much higher price on their platform and get reservations.

But i knew the video would be helpful one day, so I saved it.Once I found out there was so many wholesalers in my market using their platform, that is when I decided I need to develop my own site so I can stand out.During my process of working with the designer, I came across Yoast SEO.

I wanted to take this opportunity to hear what all of you appreciate most about this amazing platform.

@Neal Collins I spoke at length with AppFolio because I don't have enough units to use the platform (50 minimum are needed), and my broker told me I can be added as a property manager and manage my portfolio separately, but after we looked into the system and how it would work for handling funds, they said that even though you can have separate property managers manage separate portfolios, you cannot have separate bank accounts. 

This would be my first experience in a true investment property and I plan on managing the properties using Buildium as my software platform (company I work for).

The search algorithms differ for each platform, but for Airbnb the main factors include response time to inquiries, instant book turned on, pricing, and reviews.As others have mentioned, I would look into other platforms/websites that focus on corporate rentals.

I've had a positive experience thus far with their lending platform.
