There are investment funds that only invest in 'green companies' and some who do not invest in 'alcohol, tobacco, or firearms' companies - so there are some people who will invest in something if they can make a profit AND help someone else out at the same time.

why pin it to time, promoters and newbies may be very well aware of the date of the last posting. when you contribute, add value, and share, even if the original people who commented no longer find the posts useful, new members a year from now can still benefit. why not pin the "close discussion" to relevance (sorry moderators, one more thing for you to do!)?

For some reason, this was posted earlier and the moderators wiped out that thread; I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen again.If those statements are from copyrighted materials, that could be the reason - but I'm just guessing.
