Perhaps I could have gotten a functional alcoholic with a roller to do it for $900 but what if they trip on a paint bucket and douse the carpet or tile?

There are investment funds that only invest in 'green companies' and some who do not invest in 'alcohol, tobacco, or firearms' companies - so there are some people who will invest in something if they can make a profit AND help someone else out at the same time.

I just realized that I have surpassed the 5,000 forum post mark and joined the ranks of only Josh Dorkin (our Founder) and Jon Holdman (Moderator).

We have both automated and manual moderation that happens to ensure that more than one member has visibility on the front page of the system.

why pin it to time, promoters and newbies may be very well aware of the date of the last posting. when you contribute, add value, and share, even if the original people who commented no longer find the posts useful, new members a year from now can still benefit. why not pin the "close discussion" to relevance (sorry moderators, one more thing for you to do!)?

For some reason, this was posted earlier and the moderators wiped out that thread; I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen again.If those statements are from copyrighted materials, that could be the reason - but I'm just guessing.

These are the moderately ugly houses in the good to decent neighborhoods.

Some areas will provide the highest return in providing low/moderate income housing, rentals and sales.

I was able to see that it is rated as low, and moderate to low.

I would like to know if this is a major issue or not and if there is any moderate expensive way to remedy this situation.
