We did fix it and then sold it for a surprisingly high price during the top of the market about 2 years ago in Minneapolis but in the end, probably broke even after all the repairs.

If your planning on a upcoming future in the rental business.. thenJoin MMHA Minneapolis Multi Housing Association it's tax deductible and great resource for leases, classes and have listings of contractors and vendors in the area.Don't ever open a can of worms verbally telling someone why they aren't someone your comfortable renting to, IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE !!
