New BP Member from Lancaster County, PA & Minneapolis, MN

Hello! My name is Alex Arseneau, I live in Lancaster County, PA but am originally from the Minneapolis, MN area and am new to BP. I was recently turned on to the idea of REI by my brother who lives in Minneapolis, MN. While neither of us have any REI experience we're looking to obtain as much information as possible.

I currently work in Law Enforcement but am interested in REI, specifically house hacking and implementing the BRRR method. But would like to eventually move into larger apartment complexes.

My job gives me some flexibility during the week and weekends that will give me time to focus on implementing REI strategies. Markets my brother and I are interested in are primarily the Minneapolis, MN market and surrounding areas for starters. But am not opposed to seeking opportunities in the PA market as well, specifically Lancaster County.

I'm glad to be a part of BP and all it has to offer!
