The creek varies in depth from inches to feet and I would say it's 15' wide at the wettest.I think the FEMA maps and 100 yr flood data is going to come into play.Thanks.

You also won't know the full condition of the rental until you've had time to go through it inch by inch and therefore you will not be able to accurately market it.At the least, however, you can post a general listing and generate leads so that when the time comes you can move forward with tours, etc.Best of luck!

So I took it all out, replacing it with Proflex CSST gas lines with the correct (code required) bonding.I ran it from the 1inch main line down to a 3/4 inch Stainless steel 6 port manifold.

I saw lots of videos using a 1100 rpm grinder with a specialized 4.5 inch wheel what would you suggest to make this cutting manageable ?
