a creek runs thru it...
Has anyone had the experience of building a bridge to access part of a property?
I am looking at a property (assemblage of 3 parcels) that has a creek that parallels the street, so you have to cross it to get to the property. The fact that this is 3 buildingable site, I want to check this out. The following is a pic.
I'm thinking I would have to start w/ a civil engineer, but wanted to hear if there was any experience out there.
