As I said, the properties are somewhat unique, as buildings go, hard to comp. 

Building that relationship and an understanding of your unique situation in the middle of tax season is nearly impossible. 

I'm hoping maybe some of you have dealt with this and can provide any guidance/thoughts/opinions to this unique situation.
