I have been meaning to attend some of the area events, but seem to always be traveling or otherwise committed.I think the primary issue is alignment among partners.

My wife and I will be traveling there next week to look for houses/rentals and are wanting to connect with local agent.

Expanding that likability by adding more bedrooms or baths could be a good investment but does it increase your travel expense?

For example, I love Short Term Rentals, so I would lean towards the trendy areas and rent them out because people probably travel to them more often.

Even when I am traveling I will try to go to new groups in that area and meet more people. 

You live in a place people would love to travel year round.

We have been traveling the country the last two years and are just getting settled back in the area. 

I am planning traveling to FL and MI early June and hope to meet people (agents, property managers and contractors) there.

It is just a better way to travel for consumers.
