Hello, I’m a real estate investor from Indiana, but looking to move to Wilmington NC for work. My wife and I will be traveling there next week to look for houses/rentals and are wanting to connect with local agent. Ideally, we’ll jump into the multi family game in Wilmington, but for now we need to find a place for our family.
