Hello BiggerPockets~ I am seeking out-of-state investing in FL, GA and MI areas. Would love to get some recommendation of local investor-minded agents. I am planning traveling to FL and MI early June and hope to meet people (agents, property managers and contractors) there. Thank you very much!
