That's going to be the majority of the interior work.Once that's complete, look into insulation, drywall, texture, finish carpentry (this is going to be different than the carpenter that completed the exterior), paint, flooring, etc.I would also look into what it would cost to scrape off and rebuild (there are some great modular options out there that don't look like modular homes for about $100k).I don't think this would work as a flip - a flip generally has a few "extras" and "upgrades" to appeal to a buyer and margins are very thin for that.
