The basics....White quartz counters, white shaker cabinets (lowes), SS appliances (I get from ABT great customer service), In unit laundry, refinish/stain the floors, light colored paint throughout, skim coat to make it all look new.

I use the same guy for cement work/stained cement etc.

This will include removing any dirt, debris, and urine stains, as well as sanitizing the surfaces.

We are doing slight reno with staining cabinets, painting, and improving minor fixtures.

For reasons unknown to me, they are wanting to apply a new "stain coat" on top of laminate.

This property was a foreclosure and needed some repairs (roof, cosmetic, furnace, floors sanded and stained/urethane, & landscaping).

My wife and I went to stay in our STR for a planned regular maintenance weekend - the usual clean, paint patch, etc - no big surprises until I sat on the master bed - big urine stain right there on the bed cover.

Look for any obvious signs of damage or wear and tear, such as cracks in the walls or ceilings, water stains, or sagging floors.

Granite is porous, stains, requires resealing, etc. so if you're renting there are (small) dollar signs with each of those issues.  

It is an oxycolic acid and is great on stains in tubs and sinks.
