I would not do any more renovation without consulting them and what they will require you to do.Padsplit does not allow pets except for service and ESA animals.As I understand it, parking space is an add on fee to renters.

Typically we see a non refundable deposit and extension fees to keep the property tied up.

Key things to keep in mind with your numbers are:Rent should be > PITI (principal, interest, taxes, & insurance) + maintenance + vacancy + capex + property management fee. 

A level 1 charger will pull 40 amps, level 2 85.

However, it's crucial to review the terms carefully, as they can be complex and include various fees.

I have not charged them late fees, but in totality, it could excess $1k.
