Does anyone have a document they leave behind for long-term renters displaying house rules?

Most agents' business cards are displayed near the reception desk of each brokerage. 

I know many people use a DBA/LLC name as an agent, I like the idea for privacy.However, what if someone looked up my license number on the state Real Estate website, like California Bureau of Real Estate, will it display my real legal name to the public?

I think no sign is better than those LED signs that go on the fritz with part of the display showing random colors where the owners keep running them for months on end without fixing. 

They follow people because they are pretty, tell you what you want to hear and they display a life style that you desire.

As in, you couldn't leave or enter the place when a game was on and we watched the Six Flags fireworks off our patio.Although none of us realized it at the time, things were about to get much worse. 18% interest, negative amortization, see thru buildings, and three years later people just mailed their keys to the mortgage company and walked away.

I send to these groups on months 1,  3, 6, 9, and 12.PPC we manage very tight and run both display ads for the following folks and text ads for searchers.

TCAS  ( traffic avoidance like the big boys) JEpp plates on the 9 inch multi function display for instrument landings Emax for engine monitor ( as opposed to pulling he mixture until the engine ran rough ) TWAS  ground proximity warnings .. and really its like flying a little jet.

I wouldn't worry too much about displaying your MD credentials.
