You want to find a mentor who works in markets that interest you, is someone that you feel comfortable collaborating with, is actively doing deals with property types that you plan to focus on in the future, and has a track record of helping students successfully scale the learning curve and execute profitable multifamily deals.  

My goals in real estate are to increase my network and access to deals as collaboration is the name of the game! 

🧠🤔🧐I was able to sit down and collaborate with Madison’s (WI) sharpest real estate investors and visionaries.

But to ensure I wasn't valuing the property more than it was I ran my own (amateur) comps as a non-realtor, and had my realtor runs comps as well, and we were fairly close without collaborating, so I was pretty sure of the ARV.

It is possible to buy a plex with an FHA loan, but you and your seller -- and your respective realtors -- need to collaborate to carefully navigate the timelines.I can confirm that the timelines you mentioned above are accurate.

Everything says its great to find people in similar stages as you and collaborate.

I had 2 clean up agencies give a bid as well as the property inspector, they seem to collaborate that 80% in Utah was what they are seeing come back (testing higher than the legal limit that the health department/State of Utah says is inconsequential amount in the house (0.1 µg/100cm²)).

I know we are a small state, but am looking to possibly network, meet up, or collaborate with any Delaware investors/wholesalers.
