Airbnb is probably more successful listing as a MTR there as well with FF. 

With where interest rates are right now is anyone finding success in purchasing out of state rent ready homes?

To be successful in PM, I started cold calling, going to meetups, and meeting every person affiliated with real estate that I could.  

Also not exactly sure which state I'd want to invest in.Questions for you who do this successfully:1.
