I wrote a story several times about a Japanese girl who ran away from home in Japan and came to the U.S. with no money.

I'm new to Bigger Pockets AND a new mom to an adorable 4 month old girl so I'm not on every single day (I wish I could be).

My wife and I as well as our two little girls live in a 3bed/3bath home we purchased about 3 years ago.

He was trying to impress a girl.

I get the attorney recommendation, but this girl only owes me about $650.

For example I have only college aged people living here, it'd be pretty weird if I had 20 year old girls and a 40 year old male.An important rule is establishing quiet hours, this helps everyone out in the end.Some of my tenants have complained about dishes and what not, but I encourage them to address that with their roomate, and it generally works out.

Then I make sure all my tenants are attending the local school (you don't want an older man living with college girls)tell the tenants this, this will make them feel more comfortable about sharing a living space.

Already done and it bought me about 6 months of peace  because I thought I got it all squared away and that the first time was a one time thing of a country girl getting use to the big bad city... 

Saturday is busy with a girl scout event followed by a small birthday party for myself.
