Hi Loren,I am a local builder doing this right now in Seattle it's not simple but, it's definitely not rocket science.  

The investment properties would also be passed over to my kids and grandchildren to help contribute to their financial security.Prices in Toronto have sky rocketed in recent years pushing me out of the market however, there has been some relief recently.  

I do a little of everything but I do a ton of wholesale deals it’s not rocket science if you do it right.

While this isn't as suitable for new buyers, have sky rocketed the rental market here.

It's not rocket science but it does take some work.You can start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.

Rocket/Quicken, Homepoint, UWM, if you've purchased more than 1 or 2 homes you've heard at least one of those names (I could have listed more), and all are in Metro Detroit (Rocket/Quicken employs more people than anyone but the legacy auto makers and public school system).

realestate is not rocket science there are no hard concepts to master, tough math etc.. but u do need to know the basics, and own a cheap calculator.
