Townhome Development - Basics

Hey All- I'm trying to educate myself on the process of buying a lot and/or tear down SFH and then build up toe homes in place. This is a hot trend in Seattle now and so Im trying to figure out how these deals are analyzed. Are there any rules of thumb and/or calculators out there? I'm a buy and hold guy but interested in expanding to other development projects. I'm super green on this and looking for any pointers on where I can find the best resources to get educated. Thanks! Loren

Hi Loren,

I am a local builder doing this right now in Seattle it's not simple but, it's definitely not rocket science.  Message me and we can have coffee or lunch sometime to go over it.

Scott
