Hey BP community,My names Austin Walters, I'm 23, and stumbled upon BP from a random Youtube video in the sidebar, (you may have guessed it the BP podcasts).

I forget how but i found the podcasts on youtube for bigger pockets. started listening and went to the site thinking Brandon and Josh may know what they are talking about.

We are looking to operate here in Denver and then eventually do some deals in my hometown in Texas.We just found this site this week on YouTube and after the webinar last night, decided that this is an excellent place for us to learn about the business and network with some excellent people.

I am new to this and I am learning much from the you tube podcasts, my wife and I have 1 rental  paid for and are looking to purchase more rental properties in the Louisville area.

I agree with Donald, this isn't a terribly complicated fix and if you have the time it will allow you to learn a bit of maintenance as well as check in on the tenants.If you YouTube search for this fix, I'm sure you will find it.

Hello dear BP community I have been following BP on YouTube for over a year.

Once you know the area, and want to dig deeper - visit your local REIA - attend the meetings, you can even watch youtube videos ( with a lot of "views" - not smaller cheap looking stuff) that pertains to your market.

I also like prep agent on YouTube.
