First landlord problem

The storm last night blew the storm door open and it got bent. Looks like it needs a piston to be changed... any suggestions on what to do or who to call if we can't manage to fix ourselves? Thanks!!!

I find handymen from thumbtack, get a bunch of quotes and get it fixed through somebody I find from there -- mike
