It's close to tourist attractions like Disney and six flags on the outskirts of LA. 

I wanted to double down because the area is very popular for tourists because of Cedar Point.

Look into markets around military bases (good opportunities for short and midterm rentals) and smaller tourist markets that don't have high price tags like Des Moines Iowa, Michigan City Indiana, Dayton Ohio, etc. 

With its proximity to popular tourist destinations and attractions, I believe my property could be an excellent candidate for vacation rentals.

However, it's a totally different story if you look at an investment there.Costa Rica is a beautiful country and well-known tourist destination.

Certainly lots of tourists visit the Bear Valley every weekend.

I live 24 minutes from the White House and within a 3 hour radius from many viable tourist area options.

Tourism is the natural economic growth area for the region,  and so not much can be expected until Covid runs its course, and then the whole world will be trying to get back on its feet and the competition for tourist dollars will be stiff.  

Some days my little town seems swamped with tourists; other days it's very light.In general, our reservations are back to 2019 levels, maybe even a little slower.

For me one of the most important characteristics is the location, trying to make sure that it is a place frequented by tourists or travelers passing through, and that it has attractive places nearby.And what do you take into account besides this?
