Members CAN attend regular BOD meetings and participate to an extent, but are not able to vote and cannot be present for any "Executive Session", which is primarily limited to personnel matters, active vendor contract proposal or contract discussions, and Homeowner delinquencies.

At the same time, most good CPAs are so busy, they don't have time to add clients for strategy sessions.

I would love it if an LO came to our office and held an educational session on the different loan products out there.

We had a bill that never was voted on in the Ohio House, hopefully we can get it reintroduced in the next session.  

We work in a virtual "world" where we can walk our avatar around to conference rooms and auditoriums to sit in on sessions. 

I was told the service person couldn't help and I may get the exam the same day I called but no promises, which is fine, but I actually wound up getting the exam emailed to me later than 1 business day and wasn't given any info about the 15 hr session other than (in the same email with the test), "you will receive info about the 15 hr portion after you complete the exam."

There is legislation called the S.100 HOME Bill that looks like it will be making its way to the Governor's desk this session which is pretty exciting from a development standpoint.

I suggest you go to one of the free informational sessions at the Lifestyles office in Houston.
