Hi all,I'm restoring a four-family property in Orange County.

This property requires an experienced, licensed General Contractor who is familiar with working with the City to get violations removed and restoring the house to habitable condition.Would love to know if there's a GC that you would refer for this kind of job or possibly an experienced investor who is comfortable taking on a project of this scale.

The bathrooms had leaking water that lead to several walls and joists being ripped out to properly get rid of the mold and restore its structural integrity.

The project was only possible because of state and federal historic tax credit equity, which provided nearly $2 million in subsidy to restore the asset.

Full MEP and finishes, with retention and restoration of as much original woodwork as possible.

I've been in the landscaping industry for 4 years now, all of which have been a foreman so I definitely know my fair share of landscapng, on top of that I have numerous other skills including hardwood floor installation and concrete restoration as well as epoxy coatings and decking.  

I have recently partnered with a credit restoration company and a brokerage firm.
