I'm not sure if that has to do with people's reaction or just a saturated market.

I think adjusting the strategy and government reaction based on what's actually going on locally makes a lot of sense.

Hi John-Yes, I would have to say your numbers are conservative, this was my initial reaction, however, you have to consider the area and the overall quality extent of the Turnkey asset you are evaluating. 

This could be a knee jerk reaction to a major political event, but this is too early to tell.

I've started researching the subject (mostly on BiggerPockets :-) ) and my first reaction was to turn to a TurnKey provider since there's no way for a non-money oriented mind like mine to learn this tricky business myself.
