However, with West Point and Stewart Air Base nearby if you had a decent property you could promote to Active Duty personnel I feel that's the best bet.

My question is as a new agent should I create new handles for my social media outlets to promote my business or should use my current ones?

I like the pocket areas of Columbus but I want to promote myself to some of the more affluent areas which will require direct mail campaigns.

Some of the companies I would promote would be CB Properties and Crest Core. 

i prefer blogs because they are easy to be index, easy to be customized and it is the best way to promote instead of the site itself

It is NOT illegal to "wholesale" in Florida is correct BUT there are only two ways to do it legally:1. be licensed2. own it (be on title)If those wanting to "learn" this "business" choose to pay frauds and scammers that teach people to use deception, etc I would caution against trusting anyone that promotes dishonesty.
