Usually water comes up though the floor through hydro-static pressure.

BTW, no pressure but if you're interested (you mentioned wanting to network) there's a Monmouth County investors meeting in two weeks in Freehold.

It lacks a lot of the intensive institutional real estate pressures that S Fl and to a lessor degree Orlando and Tampa face (remember...the hedge funds dumped billions in the Tampa market when it was in the toilet.
