Do upscale homes use some sort of upgraded wood or other material for modern cabinets?

From what I can tell, even in the worst real estate crisis in modern history, I don't think too many people who bought for cash flow in stable markets with at least 65% or so LTV on their overall portfolio got hurt but then again I could be wrong.

The software features modern interactive elements that are expected in many fields of industry, but are only just now becoming readily available to realty.

I actually sent over an email last night to the property manager to change the listing from "completely remodeled" to "updated town home with 1950's charm and modern conveniences".
