I am looking forward to interacting with BP members in South Florida!!

I plan to start running some direct mail campaigns soon and would like to interact with anyone who has experience with that specifically those who have deal with the Los Angeles market and surrounding areas.

If I am calling from the other side of the country, I wonder how many sellers will not want to do business with me because I am not local, or because they want a face to face interaction, or think that I might be a scam?

With all of the interaction on the forums, and the shear amount of information, it looks like a great place for beginners and seasoned investors alike.

You will learn a lot fast by reading the articles, listening to the BP Podcast (Nobody formally sells anything on any episode) and reading and interacting in these forums.

The interaction is just incredible.

Once established, I'd like to transition to buy-and-hold and build up a portfolio that will support my family's lifestyle.I'm really looking forward to interacting with all of you on the site and I'm very excited to become a part of this community.Cheers!
