I would tackle that one first.

The funds are currently still withheld in the title company.Since the approved price is the same only the name is frauded,  the bank initially seemed to be OK to work with my title company to just tackle this from the paper work stand point.

It's hard work but with the right tools, shouldn't be very difficult to tackle.

I do have a super that does the dirty stuff but he does not speak English or drives a car. if something is needed and I can tackle it I will.

My approach, without getting into to much detail would be to tackle that cc debt and personal loan, as aggressively as possible.

I don't have the resources or know-how to tackle a project of this magnitude.

Am I too much of a newbie to tackle such a challenge?

I think the first issue you need to tackle is "what are your priorities for this property?"

I tackle those with open houses.  

Someone is going to tackle this concept and take it to the next level.
