It's much more affordable here, plus we have solid employment (and rental market) with the Navy bases at Bremerton and Bangor, healthcare at Harrison in Silverdale and Bremerton, and the folks leaving Seattle.

Some things (like technology) may have a negative inflation rate, where things like tuition and healthcare are closer to 8%/yr.  

haha The East End is ground zero of gentrification here and I believe it will continue to bleed outward from the universities/Strip District/Bakery Square where there are quite a few high paying jobs in the tech/healthcare fields.

Yeah all those healthcare related projects will continue but I could see some being pushed back.

You could furnish a room and rent it to a traveling healthcare professional or other MTR guest with the second bathroom being designated to them. 

Are you in a high risk profession that gets litigated often - Doctors, health care professionals, etc, If yes, create an LLC.Are you in the deal with another person, create an LLC.

The middle man/ underwriters have no concept of nursing or health care jobs and absolutely no idea what a travel professional does- just that it seems super flaky and inconsistent on paper.
