Veteran Affairs (Goverment) Guaranteeing Rents

I was wondering if anyone has any experience in renting their properties to Veterans? I heard some where that the VA will guarantee rent up to XYZ or something of that nature.

Does anyone know of the program, or how I would find more info on it? Also, what types of properties this program would qualify for? Manufactured Homes? Apartments?

Thanks for any help and/or any additional insight.
