Co-hosting and property managing are actually distinct (legally speaking), so be careful about mixing the language. 

I haven't seen (or looked for) such information on the compact ones.Cedar has it's own odor and causes negative reactions in at least some people. the rest of the ideas are good, and if you add things other items such as natural insulations, not only are they ecologically friendly, but as long as you keep scented products out of them, you could advertise them as more chemically safe than other types of housing.

Hey @Ryan Crowley - PMs should be creating a monthly property statement for you, but that's distinct from, and is only one input to, bookkeeping for your LLC.

Make sure the survey marks the property line very distinctly and I would make sure I am there when they do it...pictures, and/or video would be good too.

Almost no lender will give you a 2nd home or primary loan where there are not two distinct living quarters if there is a 1031 involved.
