I haven't seen (or looked for) such information on the compact ones.Cedar has it's own odor and causes negative reactions in at least some people. the rest of the ideas are good, and if you add things other items such as natural insulations, not only are they ecologically friendly, but as long as you keep scented products out of them, you could advertise them as more chemically safe than other types of housing.

Make sure the survey marks the property line very distinctly and I would make sure I am there when they do it...pictures, and/or video would be good too.
