Where should I start when looking to buy out of state? I live in Northwest Washington and am looking to buy in North Carolina where prices are much closer to my price range. My husband and I have a trip planned for this summer to visit the area. I'd also love to connect with local investors.

@Ana Mocanu with all of the potential markets across the U.S. I'm curious to know how you chose North Carolina and what market in NC. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend clearly defining your goals and objectives and choosing the market that best helps you achieve those objectives. You're already buying out of state. You have the flexibility to choose any market. Make sure it's the best one for your goals.
