Currently, I have a few smaller projects on a couple of houses: carpeting/tiling floors, painting walls that contain LED paint, installing A/C and heating system, installing light fixtures, installing appliances, making sure electrical wiring is safe, installing recessed lighting, insulating/waterproofing medium size room in the basement.

Don't get lost in the weeds with painting and fixing toilets.

I am a hands on person so I am willing to help fellow investors work on projects(clean houses, paint, etc.) to see the process first hand and learn.

Saw a listing for a 3 bedroom property that appears to be in pretty rough shape, including lead based paint.

On top of that, one tenant turn is going to cost about $1-2k if new paint or flooring is needed. 

I then repaired the sheet rock, texture and painting of the ceiling myself. 

Heck, his hands are often painted red. 

I've seen homes with T1-11 sheets for porch ceilings, stained or painted white.

Mostly paint carpet and some common space clean up.
