Notifications would start to annoy me and I would begin to unfollow people.

To an investor like that, a good return is worth annoying tenants because the investor pays someone to handle the tenants.

Whether that would happen or not is irrelevant to the fact that an annoying neighbor on the other side of the wall can be a huge pain for a unit that probably cost a lot more than an apartment of same size and has the same or less profits. 

It was kind of annoying, but at least it didn't delay the loan.  

I'm a little annoyed that we may have missed opportunities during the last 2 years, but we were also using that time to save for the next down payments so it it working out ok.

This is something you need to get resolved BEFORE you hit the closing table.In my experience the tenants are going to try to get away with a slew of landlord-annoying tactics as soon as you start managing the property.  

I would be more annoyed if I hadn't already made most of it back on the dividend.I take the Buffet stance on this one.

It's very annoying when you have to go back and edit something on one blog, you have to remember to go to the other blog and make the same change.If there is a way i can sync the blog, that would be awesome.

Folks - We'll get the problem with loading long threads fixed soon enough -- it is definitely an annoyance and we're aware of it.BTW - We're still waiting on approval for the next updates -- I'm surprised how long it takes . . .
