Buying Duplex with Existing Tenants

Does anyone have a template letter of introduction for buying a house with existing tenants?  I am buying a duplex with tenants already in one side.  This is my first time buying with existing tenants so I'm not sure how to make my introduction and inform them where rent will be paid. Thanks for the help!
