The private money lender was charged so ultimately I was charged.

So i am lost on what is best for me as a new agent to look into ultimately... 

I am sure the executor will be anxious to let the property go, however just like any shortsale, the bank has the ultimate decision.FYI; the difference between an executor and administrator is basically nothing.  

My ultimate goal is to help each other build a stronger network.

If anyone is interested, I'd be willing to tell it... every set back and disheartening moment that ultimately led to a successful business.  

And of course making a quicker financial gain would be a nice start but I do 100% ultimately want to own income properties.
