Just browsing the site I've learned so much already. 

I've browsed in the forums here and there, but have mostly been listening to the amazing podcast episodes.

Browse the forums, read the articles, and interact with the many seasoned investors on here and you'll be well on your way to being successful.

I'd browse the ads on Trulia and Zillow to see what others write for similar homes.

Right now I am learning all that I can by reading the "The Book on Rental Real Estate" by Brandon Turner, as well as consistently browsing Shorewest, Zillow, Realtor.com, and of course, BP.

The other day I was browsing listings  and found a 79 unit apartment building.
