I've browsed in the forums here and there, but have mostly been listening to the amazing podcast episodes. I'm a 28 year old in Chicago and am really excited for my plan to buy and rent my first multifamily home by the end of summer next year. I'm truly looking forward to interacting with everyone I can here; I can see how great this community is from only the few times I've explored here.
