Our son still managed to get into his second choice of university (I am confident he would have got into his first choice without the demon years because even with the demon years both his gpa and sat where above the average for those accepted to Stanford).  

Which is misleading to some degree.

It is surreal to look back and see how far I have come with my "Bigger Pockets degree" I owe a lot to this community.

Las Cruces is a small college town (home of the New Mexico State University Aggies) with healthy population of federal government workers and military contractors.

On the other hand, this phrase is often used by the likes of Uncle G (who, having an accounting degree, should really know better) to suggest claiming personal expenses as business deductions.

And here in PA, the new buying/renting season starts the first day the temp hits 60 degrees, sometime in FEB or MAR.
