I shutter to think of the hassle if they did get started and were in different time zones not returning calls in addition to not taking pics to show progress routinely.

It is a bit difficult with the time zone difference, but calls, video calls, and talking with people is really what allows me to succeed. 

Orlando is a very International location and, being so requires a little more hands on and knowledge of handling guests from all of the World with different languages, different currencies and them searching from differnt time zones.

The numbers make sense.I gave up because I think it's the distance and time zone difference.

I’m looking for someone in New Jersey preferably or on the east coast at minimum so our time zones match up.

I'd suggest having a deliberate conversation with the property management company about your time zone and availability, along with the power you'll give them to make certain decisions if you're unavailable. 

It doesn't make sense that the only person with access to the account lives two time zones away where there are no branches to the bank that we use. 

I’m in Florida different time zone.  

Some things to consider for a stronger offer: all cash, higher EMD, get offer in asap, have agent verbally let listing agent know an offer is coming in (esp if in different time zones or won't be able to sign the docs immediately).
