Cheap priced crap,overpriced quality properties,and then the nice property priced well in the middle that is hard to come by.We are always chasing the cheese but when you get a bite it is really good.

I call a lot of these real estate courses, "SWISS CHEESE" because they have a lot of holes in them.

Wanting to work on a few deals here in the Cheese state and hopefully have a big enough nest egg to move back and continue the business.

You don't need every kitchen gadget, but make sure you don't leave out common items that are a pain if you don't have them like spatulas, a whisk, cheese grater, potato peeler and for the love of God don't forget a wine bottle opener!

If only my old Chucky Cheese tokens had such hype.
