What do I do with this property in ga (coweta county)?

needed some advice on a property in georgia that was purchased thru a tax sale. currently, i don't reside in ga, so really don't have the time to flip it. also, the property is in rough condition and bad neighborhood so i doubt if any real estate agent would even want to sell it. needed some ideas about what to do in this situation. also i m a newbie so this might be a stupid question but figured i would try to get ideas. thanks, in advance for help
