Hello Bigger Pockets!!

My name is Luis Silva and I am a newbie investor from Sacramento CA. Although I'm totally green to real estate investing, I have spent the last nine years of my career doing a combination mortgage origination's and residential real estate sales (7 years in lending, 2 years in real estate).

I stumbled upon BP through a couple of Google searches and couldn't believe the information and resources that are made available within the online community. Needless to say, I am excited to be here and looking forward to networking with fellow investors.

I am interested in a couple different areas of investing. I am currently considering my options to buy and hold, and fix and flip. Couple books I have read include:

- The book on Flipping houses - J Scott

- The millionaire real estate investor - Keller

- lots of information I have reviewed here on BP as well

I would love any recommendations for reading materials, resources, etc.

Have a great day everyone!
