I just came back from a vacation to GA and heard about a Mega EV and EV battery plant under construction outside of Savannah that's opening up in 2025 that's expected to employ 8100 people.  

Plant the seeds today, wait 7-12 years to see them season and mature.

We are closing on an additional 89 acres to plant Teak in Belize. 

Was the tree near the sidewalk (ie might have been planted by the city)? 

The tub looked brand new and came with a textured, slip-free bottom that was so much better than the original.

I was told that even if the drywall didn't often the popcorn textured ceiling had it, so we took numerous samples of those, but found none.  

Half the job is prep: fill and caulk, stick sand and spot texture, mask and tape.

I was aware that my tenant had 1 plant and a medical marijuana card, which I was 100% OK with. 

I don't know how planted your roots are in NY but it may be beneficial to go house hack in a more affordable state.

Renters will not pay for watering the lawn or Plants!!!!
