I know that’s not grounds for eviction unless he lied on the application or if there are small children on the premises.. both of these situations make me terrified of moving forward because of the risks.

What if there's someone at the house who is simply terrified of dogs and thinks they have a right to feel safe in their own home?)

Which is actually a fairly terrifying as my grammar never rose to the standards of my English teaching mom, but anyway.

To me, the thought of working for someone else my entire life and helping them achieve their dreams instead of my own is terrifying.

But not incredibly terrifying. 

Called, waited on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone, explained my case, and was told this would need to be forwarded to another department and someone should be getting back to me but it could be a few days or maybe weeks.With this new 25% layoff I am absolutely terrified at the thought of having to call them for anything in the future.Sorry for the rant. 

And my in-laws who can assist as needed with other decisions and needs.I have read all of the landlording books on NOLO, but I am terrified of messing up somewhere lol. 

Being new to the investing world is exciting and also terrifying.

I know Bloomington is a great city with a lot of upstanding citizens for a college town so I'm sure you can find quality people, I was just curious if you were renting to undergrads because that would terrify me.

I am terrified that I will make a mistake but am hopeful that I won't ruin this endeavor and will learn as I go along.
