I was reading through the thread and I am like thank god, technology changed things now a days. 

It encompasses most furnishings in the house, and other tech gadgets we purchase upon moving everything in.

Leveraging technology can be quite a time saver.

You are not the entity itself - but the entity itself cannot take any real word action without a human (at least with technology today!)

My question is with all of the apps and technology these days, is it worth trying to manage this property on my own?

Most of the house we have used technology to automate our processes which allows us to out source our entire system.
