@Russell BrazilWhile there are no doubt investors who use an inordinate amount of an agent's bandwidth with no real prospect of a deal, there also many residential real estate agents, who's bread-n-butter is selling pretty houses to Dick & Jayne, that are in way over their head when dealing with anything more than 1-2 units.
