The fire insurance companies dropped policies holders when they knew the fire was coming, in some cases, they're not even paying the full amount, and there's the case where some people didn't even have insurance.For those people who just want to walk away from this entire experience, is it possible that morally-driven wholesalers can help them in a situation where not only the California government failed them, but also the Insurance companies?

If she wants paid for canceled appointments, then I would suggest you look for a new cleaner.My policy is to keep all funds if the guests cancels within two weeks of their stay, unless I'm able to rent to someone else for the same period/rate.

If your property management company is good and has built an internal maintenance team which has set rates and had strong relationship relationships with licensed contractor which should keep costs in control, you should never need to shop contractors on your own I wouldn't think.So in short, our policy is give us your preferred contractors upfront if you have them, but then we work all tickets to resolution including dispatch, and payment of invoices.This is of course for operational expenses.
